Terravital is a Canadian environmental solutions company delivering Exlterra technologies for water management, soil regeneration, and site performance. Ultrabrand adapted the SiteWorks platform to its brand, market, services, and operating model.
The result is not a conventional contractor website. It is a connected digital front office that explains complex technologies clearly, captures qualified demand, structures project intake, and links marketing directly to quoting, invoicing, documents, and client access.
Challenge
Terravital needed to translate unfamiliar environmental technologies into a credible commercial proposition for property owners, engineers, municipalities, and project partners. The offer had to remain technically serious without becoming difficult to understand.
Behind the website sat a second problem: environmental project estimates were slow to assemble and depended on fragmented inputs, spreadsheets, emails, and documents. More visibility alone would have increased pressure on an already inefficient process.

The platform also digitizes the commercial workflow from mandatory project request to technical estimation, quote generation, invoicing, document production, and secure client access. A process that could take two to three weeks can now be completed in roughly two minutes, with cleaner data, consistent pricing logic, and immediate follow-up.
