Clear Eight Property is a Geneva-based luxury real estate agency operating at the intersection of property brokerage, advisory, and high-end client services. Ultrabrand designed and built a new digital platform that reflects this positioning while structuring the agency’s operational and marketing infrastructure.


The project focused on creating a refined, high-performance real estate website connected to the agency’s internal systems and designed to support listings, client inquiries, and long-term marketing activity. Luxury real estate clients expect a very high level of presentation and discretion. At the same time, agencies must manage complex listing data, inquiries, marketing campaigns, and property visibility across multiple channels.

The challenge was to create a platform capable of presenting properties in a refined and editorial way, while structuring the underlying data and workflows so the agency could manage listings, updates, and client inquiries efficiently.
