In this 1-hour online session, we guide your staff through the tools and systems we've implemented, from website management and automations to CRM, email, and booking services. The goal: make sure your team is autonomous, efficient, and ready to run daily operations. Ideal for onboarding new staff, refreshing knowledge, or ensuring smooth internal adoption after a project launch.
Cancellation policy
Thank you for choosing our services. We understand that schedules can change and flexibility is necessary. Below you will find our cancellation policy which helps us manage changes effectively and maintain fair dealings with all our clients. 1. Cancellation by client (more than 24 hours): If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will receive a full refund. To cancel, please contact us. 2. Cancellation by client (less than 24 hours): If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled, you will not be eligible for a refund. This policy is in place because it is unlikely that we can fill the canceled slot at short notice. 3. No-show policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled consultation, without notifying us in advance, you will not be eligible for a refund. This policy ensures that our consultants’ time is respected. 4. Postponement of appointment: You may reschedule your consultation up to two times if you provide more than 24 hours' notice. After two reschedules, any further need to postpone will be treated as a cancellation, and you will not be eligible for a refund. 5. Cancellation by us: In the unlikely event that we must cancel a scheduled consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund. We will also work with you to reschedule the consultation at a mutually convenient time, should you wish to do so. To manage your bookings, login to your account.
