Thank you for your interest in Ultrabrand ("Ultrabrand", "Brand Master", “us,” “our,” or “we”) and our services available through the website (the “Website” or the “Site”) and any future mobile application (the “App”), collectively comprising the service (“Service” or “Services”).

Brand Master is owned and operated by Ultrabrand, a consultancy privately owned by Manelik Sfez, located at Route de Trélex 23, 1272 Switzerland.

Our community of alumni and members is designed to empower branding professionals to share, learn, and grow. To ensure a positive and productive environment for all members, we ask that you adhere to the following standards.​​

Our community is dedicated to fostering professional growth and networking opportunities for marketers and brand managers. To maintain the quality and relevance of discussions, it is imperative that all members adhere to the guidelines outlined below.

Content Guidelines

1. Professional Content Only: This community is strictly for sharing insights, strategies, and discussions related to marketing and brand management. We encourage posts that include case studies, industry news, professional queries, and career advice.

2. Prohibition of Off-Topic Posts: To avoid the dilution of professional content, which is often observed on platforms like LinkedIn, we strictly prohibit posts that are political, societal, or of a personal nature not directly related to professional development. This includes, but is not limited to:

 

  • Political debates or endorsements.

  • Discussions on societal issues unrelated to marketing or brand management.

  • Personal lifestyle posts, such as family matters, personal anecdotes, repeated selfies, posts that may be deemed as attention-seeking only, or travel experiences that do not relate to professional activities.

3. No Personal Media: Consistent with our focus on professional development, personal media such as selfies or images from non-work-related events are not permitted unless they directly contribute to professional discourse.

Enforcement and Moderation

 

1. Moderation: Posts that do not adhere to our content guidelines will be removed without prior notice. This is to ensure that all discussions remain relevant and beneficial to all members.

2. Consequences of Non-Compliance: Members who repeatedly post content that falls outside these guidelines may face temporary suspension or permanent banning from the community. We take this action to preserve the integrity and professional standard of our forum.

  • You are solely responsible for the content you post. This includes ensuring that your posts do not violate the confidentiality obligations owed to your clients.

  • Ultrabrand / Manelik Sfez, operators of this platform, cannot be held liable for any breaches of confidentiality or other violations that occur as a result of your posts.

 

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

5. Enforcement of Community Standards

  • Ultrabrand / Manelik Sfez reserve the right to restrict access or ban any user from the network and blog who repeatedly violates these community standards.

  • Such actions, including restrictions or bans, do not affect the monthly subscription status. Users are responsible for canceling their own subscriptions should they choose to do so.

  • Restricted or banned users will still have access to non-interactive materials such as blog articles, masterclasses, and toolkits.

 

6. Advertising and Promotion

  • While promoting your own services is allowed, it should be done in moderation and should not interfere with the general participation and interaction within the community.
